Getting the engraving right
Check spelling, dates and fonts on the proof before you approve it, because engraving cannot be undone. For photo engraving, send the highest resolution photo you have with good contrast; close crops work better than busy backgrounds. Simple line art, florals and monograms engrave most cleanly. If you have your own design, a vector file (SVG, AI, DXF or PDF) gives the sharpest result. Food boards should be finished with food-safe oil, and engraved tumblers should be hand washed.
